The Opportunity
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional execution during service. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, fine dining environment and has a passion for wood-fire and open-flame cooking.
