We're an independent restaurant that is passionate about hiring the best, and developing our people to their highest potential. We are looking to hire people for our most recently opened location in Long Branch (South Etobicoke - 3527 Lake Shore Blvd West. Our Restaurant is hiring these Front-of-House positions: Senior Managers Bartenders, Server Host/Hostess.
Skills & Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience as a Server, or bartender in a comparable restaurant environment is considered an asset (Minimum 3/4 years)
-Smart Serve Certification is a MUST
-Available to work all restaurant operating hours
-Proficient in English verbal and written communication
-Knowledge of personal computers or ability to acquire appropriate-level skill using computers and restaurant software
-Reliable transportation to and from work

Some things you'll be doing:
-Providing an exceptional experience and guiding your guests through menu inquiries and special requests
-Staying updated on all menu items; including ingredients and preparation of all dishes
-Ensuring proper table maintenance
-Mindfully serving alcoholic beverages to guests, while maintaining a keen sense of judgement with regard to licensing laws
-Maintaining cleanliness of the bar, dining room, and staff areas
-Supporting team members to ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after service
-Establishing consistent communication with FOH, BOH, and Management Skills & Requirements:
-Must have a flexible availability and be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week; all staff MUST be available to work weekends
-Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a similar restaurant environment
-Minimum 3 years of experience bar tending for Bartender applicants
-Have fundamental Food, Beers, Wine & Cocktail knowledge
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
-A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
-Uncompromising work ethic with a thirst for new challenges.
