Table Nineteen at The Okanagan Golf Club has an energetic and professional team that loves creating mouthwatering dishes and providing an excellent Guest experience. We’re looking to add a creative, curious, and motivated Chef de Partie to our team! If this sounds like you and you'd like to work with us full-time seasonally, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll get to do

• Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional growth. 
• Ensure consistency in food preparation for a la carte and event menus.
• Enhance the menu offerings through creative menu development.
• Oversee your food preparation station.
• Prepare delectable dishes alongside the team.
• Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to create an unforgettable Guest experience. 
• Use your voice; we embrace new ideas. 

What you bring

• 3 years of culinary experience; Red Seal is an asset. 
• Knowledge of food & beverage industry best practices.
• Humble with a willingness to learn.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to think fast and react quicky with a calm mind. 
• Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
