Job Description

Kingfishers Waterfront Bar and Grill is looking for experienced Sous Chefs to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about cooking and have a strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
• Train and mentor junior cooks as needed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant setting
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
