Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Hosts/Hostesses to join our team at Il Fornello Sherwood Village. As the first friendly face our guests encounter, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience through exceptional customer service. Duties:
Welcome guests with a warm smile and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
Take and process take-out orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Skills:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Proficient in cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately
Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
