Job Description

Pier 7 is a dynamic and thriving culinary destination located in the heart of the Shipyards. We are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and are committed to the highest standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and is passionate about quality and consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across assigned stations
  • Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Assist with daily prep and station organization
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout service
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist with other kitchen duties as required

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of line cooking experience
  • Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
