Line cooks are responsible for the accurate preparation of our menu items, knowing how to manage a solid fuel (wood and charcoal) fire under our main grill, maintaing a clean and tidy line and prep kitchen.
Maintaining a high standard of the food quality, productivity, santiation, and organization.
Maintaining a hygenic work space and good product rotation.
Working well with other members of the staff to create the best customer experience possible.
Need to be legal to work in Canada.
