The Taphouse Guildford are looking for a dynamic manager with potential for advancement. The manager will ensure that all Taphouse guests are provided with the best experience possible and all responsibilities will be conducted in a professional manner.

What you have to offer:
- Foster a positive and fun culture.
- Manage and execute all aspects of the front of house, performance management, recognition and development.
- Manage staff by building strong teamwork and maintain restaurant staffing needs.
- Lead, manage and deliver the Perfect Guest Experience each and every shift and maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant.
- Shift management of controllable costs in food, beverage and labor. (We can help you learn this concept)
- Deal with guest complaints and concerns
- Reservations
- Can make tough decisions
- Helping the Assistant General Manager, General Manager or the Manager of Guest Relations and Culture with all aspects of restaurant operations
Continue to foster our warm & positive environment within our guests and staff.
What we offer: Upon advancing from the probationary position and/or the key holder position.

- Hours range from 24-26 per week - potentially more depending on a long weekend.
