Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Managers/Leaders who are excited to take the next step in their career. As an Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to embark on a journey of discovery and personal growth, learning from the best in the industry as you advance in your professional development.

The successful candidate must be passionate and committed to delivering flawless service to every guest, while having an invested interest in future leaders and contributing to the growth of the region and organization as a whole.

As a Manager, you will:

  • Support the Managers with the profitability of the store.
  • Utilize Earls’ selection, development and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience.
  • Own all front of house routines, systems and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability.
  • Improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team.
  • Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager.

What we need from you:

  • At least 1 years experience in a similar role
  • A passion for service and a strong desire to pursue a career in hospitality
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guest
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
  • The ability to legally work in Canada
