Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous bartending experience (typically 1–3 years, depending on venue)
Bartending certification or mixology training (a plus)
Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service (e.g., age verification)
Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Ability to mix, garnish, and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
Cash handling and POS system experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments and tabs
