We’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader to join our team at Bar Prima as Dining Room Manager. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead daily service with warmth and a strong floor presence
- Manage and mentor the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee all reservation processes, ensuring accuracy and maximizing covers
- Create and manage staff schedules to support both guest experience and operational efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience as a Dining Room Manager or Supervisor
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection
- Exceptional organizational skills, especially with scheduling and reservation systems
- A confident, approachable leadership style with attention to detail and a commitment to refined, memorable experiences
- Comfortable using OpenTable, Navi, and TripleSeat is a plus
