Chef Luciano Schipano Hospitality Group is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of hospitality, culinary, travel, and event brands.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of projects, from social media and graphic design to website updates and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and management to strengthen our brands and support sales growth across multiple business divisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule social media content across multiple brands
- Create engaging graphics, promotional materials, menus, flyers, labels, and digital assets
- Update and maintain company websites and landing pages
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Create and maintain brand standards across all platforms
- Support photography, video, and content creation projects
- Monitor social media engagement and respond when required
- Assist with online reputation management and review monitoring
- Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and agencies
- Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Familiarity with WordPress and website content management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Photography, videography, and basic video editing experience are considered assets
- Hospitality, tourism, food service, or event industry experience is preferred
