CRAFT Beer Market Adelaide is one of our busiest and most exciting locations, and we are looking for a Front of House Manager who leads from the front, not from a spreadsheet.
The Opportunity

This is a hands on role for someone who gets genuinely excited about a packed house, a humming floor, and a team that is firing on all cylinders.

Walks into a busy service and immediately knows what needs to happen. Makes guests feel like they are the only people in the room. Coaches your team in the moment, not just in a meeting room. What You Will Do
Own the floor during service and be the presence your team rallies around. Set and protect high hospitality standards across every shift and every interaction. Hire, develop, and coach a team that genuinely loves what they do. Build schedules that balance labour efficiency with service quality. Partner with culinary and senior leadership to keep every part of the guest experience seamless. Handle guest concerns with empathy, speed, and ownership. Drive consistency without ever making the experience feel scripted or transactional.
What You Bring
Minimum one year of restaurant management experience in a high volume environment. A strong personal background in front of house service. Real leadership presence and the emotional intelligence to back it up. A deep commitment to guest experience and team development. The confidence to lead a busy downtown service and make it look effortless.
