FK/Frank's Kitchen is looking for a Part-Time Server for Friday and Saturday nights with potential of more shifts come patio season. Bartending experience is an asset. We are a small fine dining Michelin recommended restaurant with a long-time crew. We are independently owned and have been in operation since 2010.
We require a minimum of 4 years FINE DINING experience. With an award winning wine list, good working wine knowledge is required. Deep knowledge of cuisine and ingredients needed. We will need experience with at least one top tier high level Toronto well known established dining establishments. I'm not looking for casual dining experience. Candidates with both server and bartending experience will be prioritized.
If your not sure if your experience is fine dining....White linen, crystal glassware, coravin system, french table side service, maitre'd, sommelier and a per head of $140 up are all present in a fine dining establishment.
We have an early reservation crowd, so no late nights! We are looking for someone very passionate about high level cuisine by a talented passionate hard working Michelin level Chef and can work in a high standard environment. This is not an entry level position,so only looking for above qualifications.
