As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this legacy of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Oversee all aspects of the dining room operations, ensuring seamless service execution and adherence to our exacting standards.
Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Manage reservations, table assignments, and floor plans to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
Conduct daily pre-service briefings, ensuring staff are knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and service protocols.
Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues with grace and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive and synchronized service.
Manage inventory and ordering of service-related supplies.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Contribute to the ongoing training and development of service staff.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a fine dining establishment, with at least two (2) years in a management or supervisory role.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
A genuine passion for hospitality and an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
A strong understanding of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
