Job Description

At Liberty Entertainment Group we are all about creating lasting memories and we’re looking for a Bar Manager to help lead the experience by leading our team, elevating our beverage program, and keeping the good times flowing. As a Bar Manager, you'll oversee all bar operations, ensuring quality service, beverage consistency, and team leadership. You will be responsible for creating a positive bar atmosphere, managing inventory, developing cocktail menus, training staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain an exciting, high-quality cocktail and beverage menu.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards.
  • Drive sales through creative promotions and guest engagement.
  • Maintain Powder Room’s signature atmosphere of style, fun, and sophistication.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Proven years of experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Smart serve certification
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
