Liberty Entertainment Group is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead one of our premier locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, inspire and manage a high-performing team, and uphold the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and profitability in line with our brand values.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring both run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service with guests to understand their needs and exceed their expectations
• Consistently review operations to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and assess performance on an ongoing basis
• Lead a positive team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments
• Preparing tip outs, cash floats and cashing out servers and bartenders
• Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
• Establish and delegate work duties to staff members as needed
• Manage biweekly payroll reports and labour cost
• Hiring, training and managing front of house staff
• Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Other related duties assigned by the management


Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in a managerial role; minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager
• Extensive knowledge of liquors and wines is an asset
• Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to train and delegate
• Ability to work flexible hours, days, weekends shifts including holidays
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
