Casa Loma is currently seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative to join the team just in time for the Christmas season.
Job Description:
• Greeting visitors, answering questions, adhering to Casa Loma Policies
• Taking admission tickets from visitors
• Roaming throughout the building
• Directing traffic of visitors in tower staircases and tunnels
• Clearing the building of visitors at the end of the day
Job Requirements:
• Must be available to work day or night shift
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Must be a team player
• Eligible to work in Canada
