Duties and Responsibilities as Server assistants: Put the guests' needs first. Help any teammate when necessary to ensure all guests are taken care of Has strong knowledge of our culinary offerings Runs food and gives in depth explanations of all dishes to guests Assist servers in ensuring proper table maintenance Assist with water service Clearing glassware and plates Restocking server stations Polishing all smallwares Preparing coffee Maintain works space cleanliness, perform ongoing cleaning and closing duties Requirements Minimum 1 year experience working in fast pace, casual fine dining atmosphere preferred but not required Has some food knowledge Thrives in a team environment A passion for learning, and teaching others new skills about hospitality practices and leadership Responsible and trustworthy Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Smart Serve certified
