Job Description

SIMONA is hiring an experienced Bartender with strong wine knowledge and elevated service standards to join our Summer Patio team.

We are a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant focused on hospitality, consistency, and quality. Our bar program highlights Italian wines, classic cocktails, and patio-driven seasonal features.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Italian and international wines (body, acidity, pairing basics)

• Confident in wine recommendations and upselling

• Ability to execute classic cocktails efficiently

• Experience in upscale / high-volume environments

• Strong communication and team collaboration

• Smart Serve certified

• Weekend availability required

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs safely

Responsibilities:

• Deliver polished, guest-focused service

• Guide guests through wine selections and pairings

• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization

• Support patio service flow during peak periods
