Splash Catering at Casa Loma is currently looking for an experienced Porter Supervisor for the summer 2026 season. Applicants should expect a highly systematic and deliberately paced service, with a strong focus on every detail of the guest experience.
Job Duties:
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in event operations or porter roles; prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, scheduling, and team development skills
Thorough knowledge of event set-up, tear-down, and room configuration standards
Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect function spaces to ensure client and company standards are met
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with FOH, BOH, and Operations teams
Hands-on and able to lift, carry, and move heavy items as required
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnights based on event schedules
Location: 1 Austin Terrace, Toronto, ON M5R 1X8
