Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster bar is looking to hire a Chef De Partie - Full Time Breakfast Cook.
This is a unique opportunity to work in an award-winning restaurant catering to clients in a luxury hotel setting.
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume breakfast or hotel breakfast setting is an asset.
Culinary experience & previously held Chef De Partie position is necessary.
Starting wage - $20-23/hour + weekly gratuities.
Applicants must be able to starting working as early 5am & able to work overtime if necessary, as determined by the Manager on Duty.

• Safe food handling & preparation knowledge
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong work ethic & high standards for food quality, health & safety.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, environment.
• Able to demonstrate clear communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to work standing for a standard shift. Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Valid Food Safe certificate or safe food handling equivalent

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a current work visa or permit.
