What the role looks like:
You'll be working across prep and service, contributing to a rotating seasonal menu built around our relationships with local farms and suppliers. No two weeks look exactly the same — that's the point.
Prep and execute dishes to a consistent, high standard
Work collaboratively across stations during service
Handle ordering, inventory, and receiving with care and accuracy
Keep a clean, organised kitchen as a matter of habit, not instruction
Contribute ideas — we want people who think about food, not just execute it
Who we're looking for:
You don't need a long résumé. You need to be someone who takes the work seriously, shows up with energy, and genuinely cares about the food on the plate. Experience in a quality kitchen matters.
Solid line experience in a restaurant environment
Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work evenings and weekends
A genuine curiosity about seasonal and local ingredients
