Job Description

Bar Manager

• Lead and develop the bartender team
• Maintain and evolve the cocktail program
• Ensure consistency in all drinks leaving the bar
• Manage bar prep, batching, and execution systems
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Build relationships with liquor reps and suppliers
• Train and coach bartenders and servers on beverage knowledge
• Build a high-energy, accountable team culture
• Set the tone for professionalism and urgency
• Lead by example on the floor and behind the bar

Floor Management (Weekends / Peak Nights)

• Act as Manager on Duty during peak service
• Control the flow of the room: pacing, seating, and energy
• Support servers, bartenders, and hosts in real time
• Handle guest issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor service standards and step in when needed
• Manage staffing levels and make live adjustments
• Lead pre-shifts and communicate targets (sales, features, focus items)
