Job Description

España is a small, very busy Spanish inspired tapas bar. We have been around for over 13 years and are still going strong. We produce a menu that changes frequently and is influenced to a large degree by the proteins and produce we get from the many local farms we deal with.

We are looking for someone to join our team that will compliment the existing crew and contribute to the creative output of the kitchen.

You:

• Have at least 2 years line experience in a respected restaurant kitchen.
• Managerial experience an asset.
• Are reliable, trustworthy, and able to work in a busy environment without losing your cool.
• Are ready to work hard and be open to learning new skills and techniques.
