Job Description

Kitchen Table Group is a growing collection of neighbourhood restaurants, cafés, and gathering places built on one simple belief: food brings people together, but hospitality is what people feel and remember. We’re always interested in connecting with thoughtful, people-first leaders for Front of House management roles across the group. This includes roles for General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Bar Managers, and more. This is an open, ongoing posting rather than a role tied to a specific opening. We’re looking for individuals who lead with both heart and standards — who care deeply about the guest experience, believe in unreasonable hospitality, and understand that great leadership is built on consistency, clarity, and care. If you’re energized by developing teams, protecting the details that matter, and creating meaningful guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

You have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A hospitality-first mindset, with a desire to keep learning
  • A calm, kind, and steady presence with guests and team members, especially under pressure
  • Comfort supporting scheduling, daily organization, and clear communication on shift
  • A sense of ownership in your role with a willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and improve
  • The ability to support cost controls for beverage, labour, and supplies, following systems and standards with care
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid Serving It Right and FoodSafe Level 1 certifications
  • Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food, and wine is considered an asset
