We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our growing portfolio of hospitality brands. This role will focus on designing and producing creative assets, developing engaging social media content, and coordinating photo and video shoots that bring our brands to life. The Marketing Specialist will also support digital marketing campaigns, email communications, and new restaurant launches, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple brands. They will work closely with our restaurant General Managers and various internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely marketing initiatives that connect with our guests. A strong eye for design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on experience with content production and social media execution are essential. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality and storytelling through design.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Production
- Design and execute digital and print marketing materials, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand guidelines.
- Produce engaging social media content (Instagram and other platforms), including graphics, photography, video, and copywriting.
- Plan, coordinate, and support photo and video shoots, including pre-production, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Maintain and manage a brand asset library, ensuring easy access to marketing materials for internal teams.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns that engage guests, drive visits, and build brand loyalty, including the design and upkeep of templates in Mailchimp.
- Assist in developing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social and search platforms.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights and recommendations.
Campaign Execution & Brand Support
- Manage marketing efforts across a portfolio of restaurant brands, ensuring each brand’s identity and messaging remain consistent and compelling.
- Support new restaurant openings with creative materials, social media promotions, and local outreach efforts.
- Assist in developing local partnerships, influencer collaborations, and sponsored campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor inbound media inquiries and coordinate responses with the Marketing Director.
- Write clear, compelling copy for marketing materials, including newsletters, websites, and print collateral.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience managing multiple brands or working within a multi-location business.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food, hospitality, and community-driven marketing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Meta & Google Ads/social media management tools.
- Experience with photography and video editing is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas.
