In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our private dining program—coordinating service, leading a small team, and ensuring every detail is executed with care and precision. Whether you come with event management experience or are ready to take on more responsibility as a server, your knowledge, initiative, and professionalism will make you a key player in creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of event service in the Private Dining Room and affiliated events
- Collaborate with the events and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution
- Take ownership of service standards, guest experience, and team coordination
- Be the main point of contact during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Support the department's daily operations and contribute to its ongoing success

- Experience in event management or high-end service environments
