Le Crocodile by Rob Feenie is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Front of House leadership team.
This is a hands-on role for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leadership, service excellence, and team development. The ideal candidate will be available for both lunch and dinner services, and capable of working a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations, including opening and closing the restaurant
Lead by example during service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
Support the Manager with scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties
Train, mentor, and supervise FOH team members to maintain consistency and quality
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all service and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Availability to work Monday through Sunday, including morning and evening shifts
Willingness to work long hours on your feet in a physically demanding environment
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and a passion for delivering exceptional service
