Job Description:
PINPIN RESTAURANT is hiring a full-time, permanent Restaurant Manager.
Main duties:
-Oversee restaurant operations, including supervising up to 20 staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
-Recruit and train restaurant and kitchen staff
-Set staff schedules and conduct performance reviews
-Review and plan food budget and negotiate with suppliers as needed
-Conduct regular review of menu prices and food costs
-Resolve customer complaints
-Maintain restaurant inventory of supplies
-Complete cash reports
Successful candidate must have at least 2 years of restaurant supervisor experience and a College or higher credential (min. 1-2 year program) in either hospitality or food service management. Must be willing to work shifts and weekends because our restaurant operates for lunch and dinner service six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday.
