Position Summary
We’re looking for a General Manager for our new restaurant location opening soon! The General Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and team culture, fostering an environment rooted in collaboration, growth, and excellence. With a strong presence across all areas of the operation, this role ensures that the values and vision of the brand are consistently upheld. The General Manager leads with integrity and purpose, creating a space where both guests and team members feel supported, inspired, and valued. This position reports to on of our Directors of Restaurant Operations, with directions and instructions from Senior Management and the Owners at times.

• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations

• Ensuring sales forecasting is accurate and complete
• Influencing and finding compelling ways for our businesses to save money and improve systems
• Teaching, influencing, and following up on profit systems.

Experience & Qualifications
• Education: A post-secondary degree ideally in business management or hospitality.
• Experience: 5-7 years prior experience in the restaurant industry with proven management and coaching skills.
• Being able to work varied hours
• Containing knowledge about driving sales and meeting financial goals
• Being a result driven individual with a demonstrated record of prior success
• Having the ability to successfully coach and manage people
• Driving toward personal development
• Having excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees

Physical Requirements
The General Manager requires being on your feet for extended periods, including walking, standing, and moving throughout the restaurant and dining areas. Team members must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that may include exposure to varying temperatures and crowded spaces. Physical capabilities should include the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. independently, bend, reach, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills.

Work Schedule
This full-time salaried position generally works eight-hour days. The specific work hours during the workday may be determined through mutual agreement, allowing for flexibility as needed. This position requires employees to work overtime and weekends on occasion and may be required to respond to emergency situations.
