Job Description

The Parlour is looking for an experienced manager to join our leadership team in Yaletown.

We’re looking for someone who understands both hospitality and nightlife, someone who can lead a busy service, support the team, build relationships, and help drive the energy of the room from dinner through late night.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate is confident leading teams, stays composed under pressure, and knows how to create a strong guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly.

We’re also looking for someone with strong connections in the Yaletown / downtown Vancouver community. Existing relationships within hospitality, nightlife, events, concierge, or local business communities are a major asset.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous restaurant or nightlife management experience
• Strong leadership and floor management skills
• Comfortable working late nights and weekends
• Experience managing high-volume service
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Existing network within the local hospitality/community scene preferred
• Passion for hospitality, music, culture, and guest experience
