Job Description

• Vocal Talent & Style: Exceptional vocal ability with a repertoire suited for a modern Asian Fusion lounge/bar environment (e.g., Jazz, R&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, or Lounge House).
• Performance Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience performing live in professional settings such as restaurants, upscale bars, or lounges [1.2.8, 1.2.10].
• Stage Presence: Strong ability to engage a diverse audience and maintain a sophisticated atmosphere that complements our dining and cocktail experience [1.2.10].
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. The ability to perform a selection of popular Mandarin or Cantonese songs is a significant asset for our clientele [1.4.1, 1.4.3].
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with house sound systems or provide your own basic portable PA/amplification equipment if necessary [1.2.1, 1.2.10].
• Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to adapt to the venue’s volume and energy levels throughout the night [1.1.1].
• Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and some holidays [1.2.10].
