Job Description

Thank you for your interest in becoming a restaurant manager with our Tims team! We are seeking motivated individuals who are looking to thrive in a fast paced environment. A successful candidate will achieve results through working efficiently, managing, and motivating a team effectively.

The location for this Restaurant Manager position is located in Scarborough. You will manage 16-18 team members and work with 4-6 team members per shift.

A successful candidate will:

  • Be detail oriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Be self motivated and work with ownership to achieve goals
  • Be strongly detail oriented with high level of accountability in all areas of restaurant operations
  • Have strong managerial experience including drive thru service
  • Experience in hiring and training and motivating members of a successful team
  • Strong level of customer service and ability to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Have a vehicle for own transportation and flexible availability
  • Have experience in administration and cash handling procedures
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism at all times

Job Requirements

  • Manage a team effectively to ensure achievement of set goals, adhere to all policies and ensure minimum standards met in areas of food safety, store standards and quality of service and product
  • Coordinate your team and ensure optimal performance by managing hiring, training, motivation, problem solving, positional placement and continuous improvement of your team
  • Money management and banking
  • Remain on target with food, paper and labour costs
  • Ensure speed of service by adhering to best practices
  • Be diligent in administration duties and other duties as required
  • Available to work fixed shifts Tuesday - Saturday 6am-3pm

Other requirements

  • Management experience
  • Flexible and open availability including weekends, evenings and holidays as required
  • Must have own transportation
