Position Summary Our team delivers a specially curated and delicious food and beverage menu, in line with our next level guest experience standards. Reports to the General Manager and Bar Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary production team. • Greet, and welcome each guest, and provide information on all beverage items on the menu • Ensure proper opening and closing sanitization procedures are followed • Help sort, stock, and track inventory • Eager to learn and be trained on the use of different equipment and stations • Update signage and displays to help attract customers • Maintain and engage in a respectful, professional, and positive workplace • Perform accurate cash & credit handling as well as POS procedures • Execute drinks to the highest of quality and service standards • Understand and comply with drink standards and equipment procedures as seen in the employee manual • Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of assigned station(s) and establishment • Protect the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and proper food handling procedures Skills & Qualifications • Experience: prior experience in a beverage-serving establishment • Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, days, nights, and weekends • Must be punctual and reliable • Ability to work varied hours • Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees • Customer service focus and quality orientated • Adaptable and flexible • High energy level
