WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

• Working across three full-service bars in one of Canada's most iconic venues
• Serving hundreds of guests per shift in a fast-moving, premium environment
• Crafting cocktails, pouring wine, running the full bar program with confidence
• Operating POS accurately and efficiently during peak rushes
• Keeping your bar clean, stocked, and running like a machine
• Showing up for your teammates the way they show up for you

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
• Valid SmartServe certification
• Technical cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality
• The ability to stay calm, sharp, and personable when it's absolute chaos
• A team-first mentality — no lone wolves here
