What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and Italian aperitivi
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven setting
Confident, polished, and guest-focused personality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar at all times
ProServe certification (required)
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard
Provide warm, attentive service to guests at the bar and dining room
Manage bar mise en place, inventory awareness, and cleanliness
Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service
Uphold Aurora Italiana’s service standards and brand values
