POSITIONS OVERVIEW:
Mott 32 fine dining restaurant is searching for Server who is passionate in the hospitality industry that can deliver the exceptional service experience to our guests. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, outstanding organizational skills, and attention to details. Understanding Chinese cuisine and other languages would be an asset. The expectation of this position is to ensure the restaurant is set up in the highest standards and providing the experience beyond the guests' expectation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent execution ability to follow all the standards of the restaurants
• Capability of handling multi-tasks and focused
• Building strong relationship with guests
• Understanding of food safe and Serving It Right procedure
• Strong communication skills between guests and other team members
• Ability to recommend and sales of restaurant menu items
• Provide suggestions based on your food and beverage menu knowledge
• Willingness to go beyond and above to enhance guests' experience
• Able to stay calm under pressure, prioritize and synchronize the sequence of service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Serving it right certificate
• Passion about food and beverage
• A valid working Visa in Canada
• Second language will be an asset
