Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to a high standard.
- Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented with care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to provide excellent service.
- Assist with prep work and daily opening/closing duties.
