We are looking for an experienced bakery manager to assist in business development and operations control. Specifically, we would like to develop a catering program and have a robust monthly inventory and costing program.
Duties will include:
Catering sales
Control monthly inventory and costing
Organize Staffing
Item by item profitability schedule
Develop front of house beverage program
Lead food program
Create monthly programs for specials and new items.
