Job Description:As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the pub.
- Managing the waitlist, estimating wait times, and organizing seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Assisting guests with menu information, special requests, and accommodating seating preferences.
- Handling reservations and confirming details with guests prior to their arrival.
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area to create a positive first impression for guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the pub and helping buss tables of plates and glasses.
