SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years minimum experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
• Serving it Right certified and understanding of responsible alcohol service
• Excellent wine, cocktail and food knowledge (prefer Italian cuisine)
• A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for food and beverage
• A strong sense of urgency to satisfy the needs of others-Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Respect; no request is too difficult; teamwork makes the dreamwork
• Able to stay calm, prioritize and synchronize the sequence of service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills         
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently 
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
• Set up and clean up dining area before, during, and after service
• Use POS system to process orders, handle cash, and manage card transactions
• Perform basic cash-out duties, ensuring accuracy in counting and balancing
• Answer phones and take take-out orders by phone and through delivery apps
• Manage tablet system for organizing walk-in and reservation seating
• Greet, seat, and engage customers to ensure a positive dining experience
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, days, nights, and weekends. Must be punctual and reliable.
• Assist with general restaurant operations and work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of service
