What You’ll Do
Line Cook
• Prepare and execute dishes according to Earls’ standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Support daily prep, line setup, and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
Sous Chef
• Lead and supervise kitchen operations during service.
• Coach, train, and inspire team members to uphold Earls’ food quality and consistency.
• Manage prep, ordering, and inventory control.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with management to drive efficiency and team performance.
What You Bring
• Passion for cooking, teamwork, and hospitality.
• Line Cook: 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred (training available).
• Sous Chef: 2–4 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).
