Your Role
As our Healthcare Business Development & Partnerships Representative, you'll become the face of Pharmacia2Go within your assigned region.
Your focus will be developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with pharmacy owners, clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
- Prospecting new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of Pharmacia2Go's services.
- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts.
- Attending networking events, trade shows, healthcare conferences, and business functions.
- Collaborating with senior leadership on business development initiatives.
- Maintaining exceptional customer relationships through ongoing communication and support.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid field-based position.
While some administrative work, planning, follow-ups, reporting, and virtual meetings may be completed remotely, a significant portion of your role will involve being out in the community building relationships.
Your typical week may include:
- Visiting pharmacies, clinics, healthcare providers, and business partners.
- Prospecting new clients.
- Meeting with existing customers.
- Attending networking events and conferences.
- Preparing proposals and presentations.
- Scheduling meetings and following up with prospective clients.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and creating opportunities.
Location & Travel
This position is available to candidates based in Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto.
Your primary territory will be the city in which you are based. However, occasional travel to other regions may be required for strategic meetings, conferences, client visits, or company events.
On average, travel outside your home city is expected approximately once every six weeks, with all travel planned and scheduled in advance.
All approved business expenses—including mileage, accommodations, meals, parking, and transportation—are fully covered by Pharmacia2Go.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe exceptional performance deserves exceptional rewards.
This position offers:
- Annual base salary starting between CAD $35,000 and $37,500, based on a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.
- An uncapped commission structure that rewards every new client you bring to Pharmacia2Go.
- Ongoing residual commissions for maintaining successful client relationships.
- Total annual earning potential of $80,000+, based on performance.
- Paid mileage and all approved travel expenses.

Employment begins with a six (6) month probationary period. During this time, your performance, professionalism, initiative, relationship-building skills, and overall fit within the organization will be evaluated.
