Guest Service Leader
• As the Leader of Guest Services, you are the face of the restaurant, always operating at a world-class level and creating irresistible experiences for guests. You host, execute and lead. You’ve got a knack for remembering names, recognizing faces and making every customer feel like a VIP. Some days, you’re an events coordinator – responsible for large party reservations in the restaurant. Other days you’re training and developing your team. Some day’s you’re simply hosting the restaurant – touching tables, gathering guest feedback and working closely with the other leaders on the floor to ensure seamless customer service.
· As a Guest Service Leader, you will play an integral role in the business. In this role, hospitality is your focus. You will be responsible for providing world-class hospitality to every guest that walks through our front doors. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has 1+ years of experience in the hospitality industry with a strong passion for customer service.
· You lead by example while gaining an understanding of profit management, budgets, scheduling and sales through hands-on and classroom-style training to become a master manager, coach and motivator.

During this period, JOEY Restaurants has proudly maintained a high-volume of delivery and take-out orders and has recently opened multiple locations across Canada and the US at 50% capacity for dine-in service. As a Guest Service Team Member, you support in all things guest facing and are critical in delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. With the increase in curb-side pick-up and takeout traffic, this position plays a big role in ensuring our drive-by and at home guests are raving fans
