Queens Harbour isn't just a restaurant. It's the heartbeat of Toronto's waterfront.
23,000 square feet. Three massive bars. 1,500 to 3,000 guests walking through our doors every single day. We're the most-booked restaurant in Canada — and summer at QH is something you have to experience to believe.
When the sun hits the water and the patio is packed, there is nowhere else in this city you'd rather be behind the bar.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A bartender who thrives in the rush. Someone who can handle 10 pages of drink orders under Canada's largest retractable roof, build a perfect cocktail, and still make the guest in front of them feel like the only person in the room. You love the energy of a big service, you take pride in your craft, and you know that hospitality is a team sport.
If slow and quiet sounds appealing, this isn't your spot. If high-volume, high-energy, and high-reward sounds like your kind of summer — keep reading.
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
WHAT YOU BRING
WHY QH?
Because the team is the reason we win.
At Queens Harbour, we don't just hire people to fill shifts. We build crews that look out for each other, hold the standard together, and genuinely love coming to work. When you're part of this team, you feel it — in the way we communicate, the way we support each other through a brutal Saturday rush, and the way we celebrate when we nail it.
We also happen to have the best office in Toronto. Waterfront views. Packed patios. Electric energy from May through September. Tips that reflect the volume. A summer you'll actually remember.

Submit your resume and let's talk. Spots will go fast.
Queens Harbour is Toronto's most ambitious waterfront restaurant. At 23,000 square feet, it sits on the harbourfront featuring an interactive sushi bar, three unique cocktail bars, and Canada's largest retractable rooftop patio.
The restaurant was designed to invoke the feeling of escapism - and it shows. The menu blends Mediterranean and Asian influences into what the team calls MediterAsian cuisine, rooted in balance, and bold flavour, with dishes crafted to be shared and savoured.
For guests, it's become the destination the waterfront always needed. With its palm-frond decorated ceiling, central bar, tiled flooring, and abundance of indoor trees and plants, the space delivers on its promise — a sprawling, 800-seat restaurant that draws people to the waterfront for reasons beyond a walk or a ferry.
For the people who work here, it's a place that moves. The volume is real, the standards are high, and the team is building something that Toronto is paying attention to. The brand is built on social dining, immersive experiences, and a vibrant atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from day to night. That energy starts and ends with the people on the floor.
