Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring that every service meets our exacting standards. Your role combines administrative oversight with active, hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Lead daily floor service, managing table rotations, guest flow, and ensuring seamless communication between the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams.
Staff Leadership & Training: Facilitate ongoing training modules and performance evaluations. You will be instrumental in mentoring staff, from server assistants to senior captains, to ensure a path for internal growth.
Policy Enforcement: Maintain the highest levels of professional conduct, including strict adherence to grooming standards, punctuality, and our signature "no fragrance" policy for the dining environment.
Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and high-profile bookings, ensuring that every patron receives a bespoke dining experience.
Administrative Oversight: Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and the implementation of operational policies as directed by the Managing Director and ownership.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are seeking a professional who leads by example and understands that in fine dining, the smallest details are often the most significant.
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume, fine-dining environment or a premium steakhouse setting.
Leadership Style: Proven ability to manage a large, diverse team with a focus on discipline, professional development, and accountability.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of premium wine programs, dry-aged beef programs, and complex table-side service protocols.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable coordinating with executive leadership and international stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to remain composed and decisive during high-profile events and peak service hours.
Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be highly valued.
