We're currently looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender who shares our values and is excited to craft unique, ingredient-driven drinks.
What You'll Do:
- Curate and prepare seasonal cocktails using locally-sourced ingredients - Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen team on menu development and pairings - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety behind the bar
- Educate guests about our cocktail program and local ingredients - Uphold high standards of hospitality and presentation
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or craft cocktail setting
- Strong knowledge of BC spirits, BC wine, and cocktail techniques
- A passion for sustainable, local food and beverage - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team
- Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
