- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as FOH Supervisor or FOH Manager, accompanied by prior experience as a server or bartender. We would also consider a professional server with several years of fine dining/elevated service experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
- Great understanding of steps of service
- Great communication skills and leadership skills
- Great at leading by example
- Comfortable with POS systems and EOD reporting

- Must have legal documents to work in Canada
- Experience with Open Table and Silverware a plus
- Open availability including nights and weekends is a must
