Who You Are:
• You are an experienced bartender; you love to be on the front-line; immersed in the excitement of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• A strong communicator- you easily build rapport not only with your guests but with your co-workers, as well
• You have a passion for creating exciting and innovative new flavours; you love to experiment and stay current on trends in the cocktail world
• You display genuine hospitality at all times. You love to get to know your guests and for them to get to know you in return
Need to Have:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid Serving it Right Certification
Nice to Have:
•A certification in Spirts and Cocktails such as Certified Specialist of Spirits or equivalent
